Maria Vittoria Scarcia
Maria Vittoria Scarcia holds an MA in Economics from the University of Aberdeen (UK) and is currently completing an MSc in Public Policies and Administration at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (Italy). In 2019, she interned as gallery assistant at Gallerie Heike Arndt DK in Berlin, where she gained practical expertise within the cultural industry. In summer 2023, she worked for Search and Shape as research assistant for the project "Kultursommer Wien in der Stadt und im Stadtteil," which is also the focus of her master's thesis. In her thesis, she explores the impact of Vienna's cultural policies on inclusive community building and plans to continue her work into 2024. Additionally, in summer 2023 she assisted with the project Labour@Home#2: Hot in Here.
